摘要: Abstract This research is a study of the use health services among elderly. Specifically, purpose was to determine factors influencing older persons' satisfaction with their physicians as providers primary care services. The relevance medical vs social-psychological models health-care utilization are also discussed. Analysis responses from probability sample Western Canadian elderly reveals that subjective or attitudinal considerations regarding doctor-patient communication process more strongly associated physician ratings than dealing access continuity care. implications these findings for patient treatment
