摘要: Abstract Rhamnogalacturonan II (RG-II) was present in three fruit-derived products, a red wine, an apple juice and tomato juice, at proximate respective concentrations of 100, 200 30 mg/L. Total polysaccharides were recovered by ultrafiltration RG-II isolated size-exclusion anion-exchange chromatography. The composition the fractions included rare monosaccharides, apiose, 2-O-methyl- l -fucose, d -xylose, Kdo, Dha aceric acid that are characteristic RG-II. Glycosyl-linkage analyses neutral acidic sugars accordance with known structure this complex pectic polysaccharide. Our results indicate is released undegraded form from pectins during fruit processing its concentration increases use liquefying enzymes.
