摘要: Purpose To estimate the number of people visually impaired or blind due to macular diseases except those caused by diabetic maculopathy. Design Meta-analysis. Methods Based on Global Burden Disease Study 2010 and ongoing literature research, we examined how many were affected vision impairment (presenting visual acuity Results In 2010, 32.4 million 191 vision-impaired people, 2.1 (95% uncertainty interval [UI]: 1.9, 2.7) blind, 6.0 UI: 5.2, 8.1) diseases. 6.6% 6.0, 7.9) all blindness 3.1% 2.7, 4.0) impairment, worldwide. These figures lower in regions with young populations than high-income regions. Between 1990 who increased 36%, 0.6 0.5, 0.8) 81%, 2.7 2.6, 3.9) respectively, whereas global population 30%. Age-standardized prevalence macula-related adults 50 years age older decreased from 0.2% 0.2, 0.2) 0.1% 0.1, remained unchanged 0.4% 0.3, 0.5) 0.4, 0.6), respectively. Conclusions diseases, Of every 15 1 was disease, 32 disease.
