摘要: This work evaluates and provides data on the seasonal pH of common carbohydrate food sources in major communities central senatorial districts Cross River State. The result shows that most locally consumed items within these zones are mostly acidic a mean value 4.6 conductivity 48.6 Siemens for wet season 4.8 27.4 dry which causes lot ailments. A balance diet or combination substances to keep an optimal body is recommended so as discourage growth microforms organisms give rise problems.
