摘要: Treatment of coronary bifurcation lesions is technically challenging. Following advances in stent design, various methods placement (‘‘T,’’ ‘‘Y,’’ ‘‘V,’’ and ‘‘Culotte’’) have been described the literature, with individual centers reporting satisfactory technical results. However, restenosis rates as high 60% continue to be reported [1]. Recently, antiproliferative coating stents has proven significantly reduce amount found [2]. Of note, this study, majority occurred at ostium side branch following T-stenting. It was therefore hypothesized that these restenoses might result from inadequate or incomplete coverage branch, thereby reducing efficacy drugeluting stent. To date, most effective strategy percutaneous therapy needs carefully evaluated randomized studies. Such studies must take into account baseline anatomical differences (e.g., vessel size angle) individually determine best for a given lesion. Therefore, tools optimize treatment are highly desirable. The present report describes new software allows three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction related quantitative data.
