A comparison and an investigation of a potential synergistic effect of labetalol and bethanidine in patients with mild hypertension.

摘要: 1 The effects of labetalol, bethanidine and combined treatment with both drugs were compared in a within-patient randomized cross-over study mild essential hypertension. Attention was directed to whether or not labetalol differed their pattern effect on arterial BP evidence synergism apparent. 2 At the doses used significantly lowered systolic diastolic BPs heart rate lying, sitting, standing after exercise. dose did affect while lowering only exercise less clearly standing. Combined 3 type frequency side-effects similar but much treatment. 4 No observed.
