摘要: Articular cartilage lesions are a common pathology of the knee joint and many patients could benefit from repair. Such surgical treatment options may offer possibility for with defects to avoid development osteoarthritis or delay its progression. Newly developed repair techniques, including arthroscopic open approaches, as well marrow-stimulation osteochondral grafting, chondrocyte implantation/transplantation, require knowledgeable high-quality follow-up.
