摘要: The rules for the selection of mobile phase and validation performed on 44 pharmaceutical preparations, containing one to five active compounds, are described. These incorporated into an expert system, called LABEL, high-performance liquid chromatographic methods in analysis. A single stationary type is used, namely a nitrile or cyanopropyl (CN) column, which can be used both normal-phase (NP) reversed-phase (RP) chromatography. Three systems were evaluated this column type: NP, RP with water buffer. LABEL selects these three basis selection, checks if addition ion-suppressing agents eluting agent necessary finally gives starting composition each systems. For number compounds sample, acid-base properties hydrophobicity solutes more important factors. preparations resulted immediate success 82% all cases. In half remaining cases, system proposed adapted minor change conditions, so that it also practice.
