摘要: The success of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) surgery is limited primarily by the risk for mutiorgan damage, which can occur either during procedure or in early postoperative period. Intraoperative sources organ injury include extracorporeal circuit [1, 2, 3], period systemic hypothermia [4], and cardioplegic arrest [5, 6]. lead to multiorgan damage if oxygen deficits sustained proced ure are not corrected [7], when ischemic areas release toxic metabolites that produce widespread reperfusion major systems [8]. Finally, be a source rate delivery arterial blood inadequate serve needs aerobic metabolism [9].
