摘要: Abstract The P-glycoproteins (Pgps) are a small family of transport proteins associated with the multidrug resistance phenotype cell lines selected for growth in cytotoxic drugs. Utilizing low stringency screening, we have identified novel gene closely related to Pgps expressed pig and other mammalian liver which called Sister P-glycoprotein (spgp). Sequence this shows it be member ATP-binding cassette transporters most Pgp date. function spgp is not known, but can recognized by at least one mAb, C219. This cross-reactivity has implications expression studies tissues tumors utilizing antibodies.
