摘要: Le vieillissement de la population s’accompagne d’une augmentation l’incidence du cancer. Ces deux phenomenes conduisent ineluctablement les oncologues a rencontrer regulierement decision therapeutique dans une tres heterogene. La prise en charge oncogeriatrique revele l’importance l’individualisation des traitements tenant compte l’esperance vie, necessite developper programmes recherche specifiques et maintien statut fonctionnel l’autonomie, indissociables qualite vie.
