摘要: Abstract Square-wave adsorptive-stripping voltammetry technique has been used to develop a method for the determination of fenthion in olive oil. Due fact that does not give any electrochemical signal at mercury electrode, based on previous oxidation its metabolite, fenthion-sulfoxide, by using KMnO 4 . The metabolite gives rise peak due an adsorptive-reductive process −0.786 V. Fenthion is isolated from oil carrying out solid–liquid extraction procedure silica cartridge, followed liquid–liquid partitioning with acetonitrile. detection limit 78.8 ng g −1 and recoveries four levels fortification are ranged 85% 109%. On other hand, it developed simultaneous river water. Pesticides water trichloromethane. limits 0.41 ng g 0.44 ng g , respectively. Recoveries three 96% 103% 94% 104% fenthion-sulfoxide.
