摘要: Abstract: The method used by the working group was an iterative process based upon a structured review of relevant literature rapporteurs. papers were circulated to members before conference and formed basis for subsequent discussions. Each paper subject detailed collective analysis subsequently modified on panel's discussions referenced additional where appropriate. assessed levels evidence statements made in supporting documentation recognized that it necessary adopt compromise between acceptance lowest level, resulting largest body material, highest which, some cases, produced little evidence. While this approach does not represent endorsement lower per se, designed provide conclusions clinical utility within existing knowledge base. consensus prepared after consideration submitted workshop group. scrutinized, amended approved each is described section ‘search strategy’ defines parameters which prepared.
