摘要: In the present work, we have illustrated physics of multifunctional characteristics nano-crystalline LaFeO3 powder prepared using auto-combustion synthesis. The synthesized powders were phase pure and crystallized into centro-symmetric Pnma space group. temperature dependence dielectric constant exhibits maxima similar to that observed in ferroelectric ceramics with non-centrosymmetric point relaxation correlates well small polaron conduction. occurrence polarization hysteresis (with group) is thought be spin current induced type. canting Fe3+ spins induce weak ferromagnetism LaFeO3.
