Structure and in vitro antibacterial activity of BuSnCl3-n (OPPh2)(SPPh2)N (n) (n=1, 2)

摘要: BuSnCl2[(OPPh2)(SPPh2)N] (1) and BuSnCl[(OPPh2)(SPPh2)N](2) (2) were prepared by reacting BuSnCl3 K[(OPPh2)(SPPh2)N], in 1: 1 2 molar ratios. The compounds investigated solution multinuclear (H-1, C-13, P-31, Sn-119) NMR spectroscopy. Variable-temperature P-31 studies indicate dynamic behaviour solution. solid-state molecular structure was established single-crystal X-ray diffraction revealing 5- 6-coordinated metal atoms 2, respectively, as a result of the monometallic biconnective monothioimidodiphosphinato moieties. Preliminary results on vitro biological activity are reported.
