Using a new time-independent average method for non-invasive cardiac potential imaging of endocardial pacing with imprecise thorax geometry

摘要: Cardiac electrical imaging from body surface potentials is a technology with great potential for pre-procedure planning in the context of ventricular ablation, based on measurements arrythmic beats. Three clinically desirable properties such an system are ability to localize endocardial as well epicardial initiation sites, use fewer leads than typical mapping , and maintain accuracy while limiting dependence extensive anatomical imaging. At same time,in setting premature beats, it typically easy obtain multiple beats site. Since sensitivity measurement noise makes increased signal SNR desirable, offer possibility improved accuracy. Here we compare standard ensemble averaging measurements, reconstruction individual followed by results, method developed our group that less sensitive timing propagation velocity variability beat beat, recently reported pacing site localization using limited torso For set RV LV endocardia 3 subjects, recorded trials 120 lead ECG carried out inverse reconstructions all three methods. The reconstructed heart were then used estimate sites validated against locations. solutions time insensitive show improvement over obtained averaging, although average single-beat results better precision most sites.
