Method of improving field emission efficiency for fabricating carbon nanotube field emitters

摘要: A method of CNT field emission current density improvement performed by a taping process is disclosed. The comprises following steps. First all, conductive pattern coated on substrate screen-printing slurry containing silver through patterned screen carried out. Thereafter, layer attached thereon paste mesh to form image pixel array layer. consists organic bonding agent, resin, powder, and carbon nano-tubes. After that the soft baked an oven using temperature about 50-200° C. remove volatile solvent. higher sintering process, for example 350-550° then out solidify electric coupled with pattern. Finally, adhesive film closely cathode away so as those badly portions vertically pull up portion which originally laid down surface after sintering. Consequently, density, brightness, uniformity emitter sources are significantly improved.
