摘要: Traumatic injury of the pancreas is rare in children. It often difficult to diagnose due lack signs and symptoms, shortly after trauma laboratory values may be normal. In addition, ultrasound CT are not specific. The treatment grade 1 2 non-operative. Although there seems a shift towards non-operative management 3-5 injuries (with pancreatic duct), this still matter debate. We describe 3 children, girl 2.5 years-old boy 7 years-old, with an 8-year-old injury. demonstrate that diagnosis hard establish, while consequences can serious. Thinking most important its diagnosis. advocate referral or consultation specialized centres these cases.
