摘要: The allergy-preventing effect of breast-feeding remains controversial, possibly because individual variations in the composition breast milk. aim this study was to investigate concentrations cytokines involved allergic reactions and IgA antibody production milk from nonallergic mothers. cytokine were determined colostrum 1-mo. samples 24 mothers with, 25 without, atopic symptoms, using commercial ELISA kits. immunosuppressive transforming growth factor-beta predominant detectable all samples. IL-6 detected majority colostral mature samples, whereas other less commonly detected. IL-6, IL-10, factor-beta, which are synthesis, correlated with each total colostrum. IL-4 higher than mothers, similar trends seen for IL-5 IL-13. In conclusion, human correlation between i.e. may explain stimulatory on breast-fed babies. Varying IL-4, IL-5, IL-13 some controversy regarding possible allergy-preventive breast-feeding.
