摘要: A pressed powder cosmetic composition comprising (A) a water-repellent and oil-repellent selected from the group consisting of fluorine resin having surface treated with compound, (B) film-forming polymer modulus elasticity not greater than 200 kg/cm 2 , (C) an oil. The according to present invention is excellent in feeling upon use does crack easily.
