摘要: The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects three different associations: acepromazine 0,1mg/kg, alfentanil 0,05mg/kg and propofol 6,0mg/kg (Group l); 0,9% NaCI 0,05ml/kg II); 0,1ml/kg, III). Thirty healthy adult mongrel dogs (10 males 20 females; mean weight, 14,44 ± 2,72kg) were divided in groups randomiy assigned one associations. Short-term bradicardia observed I III immediately after administration alfentanil. heart rate retumed control values at end evaluation period. AU anesthetic procedures caused severe alterations respiratory function with a significant decrease PaO2, pH SaO2 rise PaCO2. Respiratory depression more intense when used. drug increased significantiy. In acepromazine-propofol group, some could be noticed but not so severe. induction anesthesia all uneventful excitement free intubation easily performed. Anesthesia recovery smooth, fast excitment free. These observations confirm that is fact an effective safe agent once we did observe life-threatining cardiovascular undesirable side effects. Both alone pius are premedication agents they contributed without excitatory fenomeno or myoclonus, prolongation time propofol.
