摘要: Friction Press Joining (FPJ) is a suitable method for producing composites of aluminum and thermoplastics in lap joint configuration, which based on modified Stir Welding (FSW). During the joining process, rotating cylindrical tool pressed onto an surface. The resulting friction generates heat that conducted to bonding zone, leading localized softening thermoplastics. In combination with tool’s axial force pre-treatment surface, resilient composite compound created. This paper presents results surface using laserradiation. textures are essential strong connection, as they can significantly influence effective mechanisms, such microscopic macroscopic form fit. experiments were carried out different treatments by means single-mode laser joints (EN AW-6082 T6) glass fiber reinforced polyamide (PA6 GF15). aim study was increased understanding process behavior mechanisms. shear strength could be 40 % compared previous studies presented treatment.
