摘要: We report the fabrication and rotation of an optical rotator confined in a microcavity inside silica glass material, based on techniques femtosecond laser-assisted etching laser manipulation. The thus prepared may act as micropump micromixer. material this is identical to that host substrate, because internal removal process. As result, well substrate has high chemical stability good transparency. also describe tests which we demonstrated technique versatile enough allow one parepare two types rotators with different shapes.
