摘要: Advances in cancer treatment are producing a growing number of survivors; therefore, issues surrounding quality life during and following have become increasingly important. Chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment (CRCI) is problem that commonly reported the administration chemotherapy patients with cancer. Research suggests CRCI can persist for months to years after completing treatment, which has implications trajectory normal pathologic aging long-term survivors. These problems particularly relevant older individuals, given largely disease age, who aged 65 or will increase dramatically over coming decades. This review briefly summarize empirical findings related CRCI, discuss cancer, propose potential causative hypotheses, provide canonical patient case illustrate how presents clinically. Finally, intervention strategies be highlighted consider when evaluating history discussed.
