摘要: The use of agro-industrial by-products as feedstock for selenium-enriched yeast biomass production is an innovative and low-cost method. Thus, the present study aims utilization sugarcane bagasse corn bran hydrolysates evaluation effect selenium in growth cell composition. were obtained using acid pretreatment, yeasts evaluated different medium compositions. All able to grow presence 15 mg/L selenium. S. cerevisiae strains presented major tolerance better relation between uptake growth, with maximum 7.97 ± 0.24 g/L 1193 ± 336 ppm 99% viability. Selenium also enhanced lipid protein concentration extracts after mechanical disruption. Regarding hydrolysates, hydrolysate allowed a 4.25 ± 0.49 g/L enriched 167 ± 18 ppm 100% Starchy lignocellulosic biomasses potential alternatives single-cell contributing development sustainable economically viable technologies.
