摘要: BACKGROUND Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are linked with functional modification cytokine responses. In chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, studies TLR have primarily targeted receptor pathways implicated in viral immune We hypothesized that one or more variant(s) TLR3, TLR7 and TLR8 associated different outcomes HCV infection. MATERIALS & METHODS A total 3368 subjects from 850 families were recruited divided into three main groups categorized as CHC spontaneous clearance (SVC), controls. All individuals genotyped for SNPs two TLR7, using allelic discrimination real-time PCR. RESULTS Carriage the allele TLR3 (rs3775290, rs3775291, rs5743312), (rs3853839) females only, (rs3764879) males only significantly higher SVC group than (P < 0.001), while carriage T (rs179008) (rs3764880) both infection 0.001). CONCLUSION The is protective risk to sexes.
