摘要: I explore the notion of Pattern Languages, originally developed by architect Christopher Alexander and embraced in Object-Oriented computer programming, as a model coherence for use conjunction with an understanding law informed John Searle’s theory institutional facts. Under theory, can be understood both institution itself governed foundational documents practices, method creating new institutions through codification assignment functions, usually form “X counts Y circumstances C.” which are schematic templates problem-solving, then within legal system constraint on functions such that codified solutions do not conflict other to related or distinct problems. If it is possible reduce enactments schema, likely result will greater ease representation rules systems, while pattern language encourages progress toward ideal coherence.
