摘要: Cisplatin and its analogs are potent chemotherapeutic agents in the treatment of ovarian cancer, testicular other malignancies. Studies by this group have shown that level platinum-DNA adduct formed leukocyte DNA is directly related to disease response cancer (Reed et al, 1987) 1988a), attained influenced persistence precursors some patients for no less than 28 days 1986).
