摘要: Abstract The influence of the phorbol ester, 12-o-tetradecanoylphorbol-13 acetate (TPA) on contractility rat and rabbit aorta was assessed. At 10 −8 to −5 M TPA produced a gradual contraction aorta, while gave only small at M. Contractions were irreversible dependent extracellular Ca 2+ . Associated with TPA-induced contraction, α-adrenergic receptor responses inhibited in noncompetitive manner, little affected. Since activates phospholipid-dependent protein kinase C manner analogous endogenous diacylglycerol, critical role for latter events is suggested.
