摘要: Effective methods for high-throughput screening and morphometric analysis are crucial phenotyping the increasing number of mouse mutants that being generated. Automated segmentation propagation embryo is an emerging application enables noninvasive rapid quantification substructure volumetric data analysis. We present a study to assess validate accuracy brain kidney volumes generated via in ex vivo MRI atlas comprising three different groups against current ‘‘gold standard’’—manual segmentation. Morphometric assessment showed good agreement between automatically manually segmented volumes, demonstrating it possible population embryos using with same variation as manual As part this study, we have made our average freely available community use studies.
