摘要: The effect of ouabain on the amount Ca2+ (detected as 45Ca2+) displaceable by La3+ from 45Ca2+-labelled heart muscle was studied. doses used were restricted to those which evoke a positive inotropic response without contracture. had negative effect. Inotropically-active increased displaced La3+. These results are cited evidence membrane-located site action for ouabain.
