摘要: Abstract Yttrium vanadate particles doped with europium are studied for their applications as biomolecule labels. Two parts of our recent work presented. The first concerns the thermal treatment incorporated in a solid matrix. After annealing at 1000 °C and redispersion water by dissolution matrix, structural optical properties greatly improved without any modification size; obtained nanoparticles appear perfect single crystals 39 nm have same emission bulk material.
