摘要: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usefulness Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced 3-T MRI determine hepatic functional reserve expressed by model for end-stage liver disease (MELD) score. A total 121 patients with normal function (NLF; MELD score ≤ 10) and 29 impaired (ILF; score > 10) underwent contrast-enhanced a hepatocyte-specific contrast agent at 3T. Relative enhancement (RE) between plain signal intensity calculated used Gd-EOB-DTPA uptake into parenchyma different scores.
