摘要: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usefulness Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced 3-T MRI determine hepatic functional reserve expressed by model for end-stage liver disease (MELD) score. A total 121 patients with normal function (NLF; MELD score ≤ 10) and 29 impaired (ILF; score > 10) underwent contrast-enhanced a hepatocyte-specific contrast agent at 3T. T1-weighted volume interpolated breath-hold examination (VIBE) sequences fat suppression were acquired before 20 min after injection. Relative enhancement (RE) between plain signal intensity calculated used Gd-EOB-DTPA uptake into parenchyma different scores. RE differed significantly (p ≤ 0.001) NLF (87.2 ± 29.5 %) ILF (45.4 ± 26.5 %). optimal cut-off value differentiate from 47.7 % (AUC 0.87).
