摘要: Porous Ag/TiO2/Au coatings with excellent multipactor suppression were prepared by fabrication of porous Ag surface through two-step wet chemical etching, synthesis TiO2 electroless-plating-like solution deposition and Au via electroless plating. structure surface, on Ag/TiO2 verified field-emission scanning electron microscopy, the composition crystal type was characterized X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy diffraction. Secondary yield (SEY) measurement used to monitor SEY coefficient coatings. The as-obtained proved exhibiting low below 1.2, process highly reproducible. In addition, showed 1.23 good environmental stability. It is worth mentioning that whole preparation simple feasible, which would provide a promising application in RF devices.
