摘要: The temperature dependences of the electrical conductivity, thermoelectric power, and magnetic susceptibility sintered samples tin dioxide, doped with antimony zinc oxides, were measured in air 20–1300°C range. At attempt is made, on basis these measurements, to explain changes above properties, different composition, by a change valence added impurity.
