摘要: In this study, we describe the isolation and characterization of novel microsatellite markers for Haliotisrufescens derived from transcriptomepyrosequencing heterologous loci obtained expressed sequence tags previously reported H. discus hannai. We were able to characterize 29 59 using 94 individuals populations localized in Mexico Chile. For Mexican population, number alleles per locus ranged 2 11, while observed expected heterozygosities varied 0 0.977 0.1 0.854 respectively. Chilean populations, two eight 0.8 0.847 The average inbreeding coefficient Fis was 0.282 0.245 polymorphic information content 0.590 0.927. Pairwise fixation index Fst analysis molecular variance indicated a significantly high genetic difference between studied (Fst = 0.535). addition, cross-amplifications also evaluated fulgens, corrugate These will constitute valuable tools management strategies aquaculture production population studies.
