摘要: Purpose. To compare central macular thickness (CMT) measurement on healthy patient using 3 different OCT devices by two operators. Methods. Prospective, monocentricstudy. Right eye’s of 30 patients has been measured three times a time-domain (TD) (Stratus OCT, Carl Zeiss Meditec, Dublin, Ca) and spectral domain (SD) OCTs (Cirrus HD-OCT, ZeissMeditec, 3D-OCT 1000 (Topcon, Tokyo, Japan) Six measurements were taken randomly for each the same day. Results. No significant difference between obtained operators observed, whatever studied OCT. P value was 0.164, 0.193, 0.147 Stratus Cirrus HD-OCT 3D-OCT, respectively. Mean CMT significantly differed from instrument to ( 𝑃 0 . 1 ) was, respectively, 197  μm, 254  236  μm 1000. Using 1000, 57  39  thicker than 5 ). Conclusions. Whatever device, not operator dependent. SD-OCTs are greater those TD-OCT. These data imply that cannot be used interchangeably in clinical monitoring.
