摘要: A detailed evaluation has been made of the radiological changes occurring in hindfeet rats with adjuvant arthritis from 0 to 50 days after injection Freund's Complete Adjuvant (FCA). The results were compared concomitant foot swelling and presence histopathological abnormalities at end experiment. In addition, effects oral administration prednisolone indomethacin administered either one day before FCA 21 afterwards, or 35 FCA, investigated on all these changes.
