摘要: ATP-dependent proteases of the ClpP type are widespread in eubacteria. These proteolytic complexes composed a subunit and an ATPase subunit. They involved degradation denatured proteins, but also play role specific regulatory pathways. In Streptomyces lividans strains which lack ClpP1, cell cycle progression has been shown to be blocked at early stages growth. this study, we examined ClpX, possible partner products clpP1 operon. A clpX mutant was obtained it that its growth impaired only on acidic medium. Thus, phenotype differs from phenotype, indicating these two components have partially overlapping roles. We analyzed expression clpX. Although is increased under heat-shock conditions many bacteria, found not case S. lividans.
