摘要: Abstract This prospective study was designed to demonstrate root level recovery in the zone of preservation by examining muscles with an initial strength grade 05 32 motor complete (Frankel A and B) patients who had cervical spinal cord injury at C4 through C7 levels. The biceps (C5), extensor carpi radialis (C6), triceps (C7), flexor digitorum profundus (C8) were used as key when their manual muscle test, which performed between three seven days postinjury, innervated segment directly rostral that innervating (grade 05) ≥ 35. If used, pin sensation required be normal. Further tests weekly for four weeks, then 2, 3, 6, 12 months postinjury. None, 6%, 17%, 35%, 43% recovered 35 1, respectively. It also noted 86% our patients, improving 15 one month postinjury a predictor recovering ( p
