摘要: Multiple ovulation and embryo transfer (MOET) is an important tool in the sheep industry for increasing numbers of genetically superior individuals. The objective this study was to evaluate effect semen source (frozen or fresh), number collection procedures each donor (NECP), season which performed, age breed donor, on recovered embryos pregnancy rates after transfer. Alamos Genetics' flushing station database used. This consisted 140 procedures, from 53 Dorper White donors, aged between one eight years, totalling 1,200 collected embryos. Neither retrieved nor rate affected by preservation method (fresh frozen), NECP donor. did not affect but had a significant (p < 0.05) recipient rate, with higher reported winter (65.57% ± 25.33%) compared spring (37.11% 33.27%), summer (29.95% 28.33%) autumn (35.03% 31.66%). There estimated increase 98.4% 71.5% seasons, respectively, when used as reference. survival significantly implanted during breeding season, more specifically winter. Embryo can be carried out throughout year sheep, there may marginal advantage use superovulation fresh programmes
