The Effects of BIM Maturity Level on the 4D Simulation Performance: An Empirical Study

摘要: Building information modeling (BIM) has attracted considerable interest in the area of 4D simulation. The performance and benefits simulation can be affected by different factors, such as organizational integration teams involved project models’ content, which is recognized maturity level BIM. Despite various advantages implementing BIM significance obtaining full potential simulation, there a scant number researches that have considered this issue. Thus, study aims not only to assess relationship between levels but also clarify required Level Development (LOD) application synchronize implementation process with its expected benefits.
