摘要: Pancreatic cancer (PC), one of the most lethal diseases, remains a challenging problem. Novel therapy targeting immune system has been explored. Although immunotherapy yielded favorable response in pre-clinical models, no significant improvement confirmed clinical trials for PC. This may be partly attributable to unique immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment Studies focusing on combination showed ability break and enhance response, which can translate benefits.
