摘要: Mass spectrometry (MS) is the core for advanced methods in proteomic experiments. When effectively used, proteomics may provide extensive information about proteins and their post-translational modifications, as well interaction partners. However, there are also many problems that one can encounter during a experiment, including, but not limited to sample preparation, fractionation, analysis, data analysis & interpretation, biological significance. Here we discuss some of researchers should be aware when performing experiment.
