摘要: Abstract Microcystins is a class of monocyclic heptapeptides with many different isomerides. It has become potential hazardous material in water environment for its toxic, distribution and stability. This project worked on method determination trace microcystin (MC-LR MC-RR) environmental waters. The ionic liquid magnetic graphene (IL@MG) was prepared applied to the concentration microcystins, based solid phase extraction (MSPE), coupled ultra high performance chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS). by coprecipitatial synthesis characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), specific surface area (BET), pore size (BJH) hysteresis loop. experimental parameters extraction, including amount IL@MG, pH, time elution solvent were investigated univariate orthogonal screening. showed good linearity range 0.01–10.0 g/L 0.005–10.0 μg/L MC-LR MC-RR, when pH samples 4.00 10.0 mg adsorbents used extract targets 18 min. lowest detection limit 0.414 ng/L 0.216 ng/L MC-RR respectively. recoveries microcystins 83.6–100.9%, relative standard deviation less than 7.59%.
