Synthesis of silver nanoparticles in skim natural rubber latex at room temperature

摘要: Abstract Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were synthesized in low cost skim natural rubber latex by adding silver nitrate as a source of ions. Left-over ammonia was believed to form complex with ions before reacting the reducing agents which glucose and other organic compounds latex. Moreover, protein could also control growth particles acting stabilizing agent. Many factors, include content, d -glucose content BSA studied clarify their effects synthesis. The emergence AgNPs checked UV–visible spectrometer electrical conductivity meter. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) applied study particle morphology. results showed that UV absorbance (ABS) suspension increased when increased, implying an increasing number or particles. In contrast, ABS decreased showing smaller formed. TEM images confirmed size none-added sample 6–26 nm. inhibit Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus .
