When Bitcoin encounters information in an online forum: Using text mining to analyse user opinions and predict value fluctuation

摘要: Bitcoin is an online currency that used worldwide to make payments. It has consequently become investment vehicle in itself and traded a way similar other open currencies. The ability predict the price fluctuation of would therefore facilitate future payment decisions. In order Bitcoin, we analyse comments posted forum. Unlike most research on Bitcoin-related forums, which limited simple sentiment analysis does not pay sufficient attention note-worthy user comments, our approach involved extracting keywords from forum with aim analytically predicting extent transaction currency. effectiveness proposed method validated based data ranging over period 2.8 years December 2013 September 2016.
