Its ill become more important over years. In countries, it makes possible to overcome some deficiencies National or Private Health Services. Thanks actions various Groups, today, patients families are better informed their conditions rights. many cases, this results earlier diagnosis, compliance outcomes. However, despite significant improvement patient, much still remains be done. Conclusions: We need an improved dialogue mental heath providers, public administrators, health policy makers, mass media politicians. between primary care team specialist must also improved. A global alliance for action needed ensure available services those who suffer from disorders.
