摘要: An investigation on land surface deformation resulting from the compaction of producing overconsolidated gas/oil reservoirs is presented. If depleted formation significantly less compressible than surrounding medium vertical reservoir shrinkage relatively smaller horizontal one, thus generating a possible swelling overburden and consequent pronounced decrease subsidence or even uplift. Such an effect may also cause additional settlement during post-productive recovery phase over fields which exhibit stiffer behavior in expansion. In present paper displacements caused by depletion disk-shaped are analyzed finite element model taking into account influence disk burial depth areal extent, Poisson ratio medium, underburden stiffness. The results obtained with more realistic three-dimensional setting discussed to address effects irregular geometry.
