摘要: The heat transfer performance of a novel type trisection helical baffle vertical condenser was experimentally investigated. testing schemes have common shell and replaceable tube bundles, including six bundles with different structured baffles segmental one. investigation is aimed at revealing the impacts on structural improvements for facilitating condensate drainage, inclined variable angles, dual threads bent tail edges. experimental results show that best scheme, which adopts thread angled edges, has average side coefficient 131.8% higher than Taking as evaluation index, single angle are 25.47% fixed ones; 15.74% edges 6.37% corresponding ones without give prospective way to overcome deficiency inferior conventional baffled horizontal
